About Frank Zhang

Born and raised in ShanDong Jinan, China, Frank Zhang is now an American citizen with a strong educational background. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Residential, Commercial buildings, Property Management and Engineering at Shandong Jianzhu University. Furthering his education, Frank obtained his Associate degree in Construction Engineering, Property Management from Mt Sac College and a Master's degree (MBA) from the University of Oklahoma.
